The last six months have been non-stop at Zaratan, across a smörgåsbord of development, pitches and live projects.

We just delivered a development package for a high-profile streaming series, bringing together design, animation development and a range of supporting materials. The response so far has been phenomenal! Now we wait…

We’ve been pushing forward on the eagerly anticipated movie Baahubali: The Eternal War Part 1, with director Ishan Shukla and producer Arka Mediaworks (Shobu Yarlagadda & SS Rajamouli). We’re now well into previz with our creative partners, Alcyde Studio and Les Androids Associés.

Alongside that, we’re creating a folk-horror short set in a fantastical ancient Britain, as part of a series development. We’re exploring a bold new visual direction — looking forward to sharing more soon.

Development is also rolling across several other exciting projects, including a series based on a PlayStation game, and an adventure-horror book and comic IP.

Lastly, some kudos to the Eyes of Wakanda (aka GOLD) team: the show won a Primetime Emmy for character design. High fives all round!
